Preworkshop programs jumpstart learning
Gain commitment before your workshop and encourage participation. Preliminary options are tailored to each customer’s preferences. Popular choices include writing preassessments, needs surveys, and preworkshop reading and writing assignments.

E-learning or face-to-face workshops: your choice
Each face-to-face workshop or real-time e-learning webinar combines group sessions with self-paced individual assignments.

Reinforce learning with follow-up
Follow-up is crucial to reinforcing skill development and successfully meeting future document challenges. Studies show that even a small amount of reinforcement can have a huge effect on daily habits. Lock in learning with a combination of these follow-up options:

• Individual coaching: in person or by phone.
• Reinforcement by E-mail™: 24 content-rich messages from our workshop delivered to learners’ inboxes.
• Document LifeLine: postworkshop immediate document help—by e-mail, phone, or fax. We accept calls any time during business hours.
• Document coaching: a preplanned, scheduled feedback program following a workshop. Learners receive feedback on daily documents by fax or e-mail.

This is a new way to reinforce training through blended learning. Learners receive remote coaching for grammar, style, and content.

For up to one year after their Write to the Top® workshop, learners can e-mail or fax their documents to Better Communications®. An experienced, professional editor will review and critique the document, returning written comments and suggestions to the learner within two business days.
