How We Work With You
This chart provides you with a timeline explaining the workshop process your Better Communications® (BC) salesperson (SP) will guide you through.
1.
5–7 weeks prior to workshop |
Assessment & Strategy
Your SP meets with you to discuss your needs and vision of success. Your SP learns about your culture and suggests solutions to your writing issues, including possible customization needs. |
2.
4–6 weeks prior to workshop |
Instructor Selection
Your SP selects an instructor from our team whose personality and expertise complements your company's culture. |
3.
4–6 weeks prior to workshop |
Interview
Your SP interviews you in depth to create a detailed workshop profile, learns your company writing style and common issues, and briefs your instructor on specific areas you want to focus on in the workshop. Your SP will also gather sample documents written by potential learners. |
4.
2 weeks prior to workshop |
Preparation Time
You receive preparation materials for your learners so that they come to the workshop prepared with writing samples and a job-related document to write. |
5.
1 week prior to workshop |
Receive Workshop Materials
Workshop books, binders, and other materials are delivered to your site. |
6.
On confirmed workshop dates |
Workshop Delivery
Your instructor delivers a workshop in support of your goals. Your learners have a fun, comfortable experience focused on reader-centered writing, strategy, and productivity. |
7.
Within 2 weeks after workshop |
Your Results Report
The Results Report charts measurable results, including assessment scores based on the Document Analysis and Rating Tool™ and learner's comments. |
8.
Within 2 weeks after workshop |
Post-Workshop Review
Your SP will debrief with you and discuss any feedback for your next workshop. |
